By accessing or using UltimateMatchday (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Use of Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration

Subscriptions & Payments
Premium Features
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or payment provider (Stripe).
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Contact support@ultimatematchday.com for refund requests.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UltimateMatchday and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
By submitting predictions, comments, or other content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
Third-Party Data
Football data is provided by third-party sources. Team names, logos, and other football-related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers
No Gambling: The Service is for entertainment purposes only. Predictions are not recommendations to place bets or wagers. We do not facilitate gambling or betting activities.
Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date football data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through the Service.
Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltimateMatchday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- Your account data may be deleted
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments
- Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
